Q: Gliders Application Tip
Applying a Glider to your vehicle or other surface is like any other sticker or decal. Make sure the surface area is clean and free of any dirt, oil, road grime, etc. Using a cleaner/degreaser or even simple windex will do the trick. Once the area is cleaned properly you are now able to remove the paper from the double sided tape on the Glider and place it in the desired area. Press firmly to make sure the tape makes the best seal possible. Wala! You and your Glider are now ready to start making impressions!
Q: Gliders Removal Tips
(Removal NOT recommended for most vehicles)
Removing a glider can be simple or difficult. It's your choice. Outlined below is the simple path, we recommend you follow these steps
Q: Step One
Very important that you use cardboard or something alike as a brace so you don't scratch your vehicle or surface. Carefully use a butter knife or screwdriver to gently pry up glider.
Q: Step Two
After you have removed the Glider, use some GooOff/GooGone or Tar Remover to dissolve the foam tape that was possibly left on the car. Depending on the length of time the Glider was in place, it is possible that tape might come off with the Glider. . . Sometimes you may get lucky! Soaking the leftover tape with the remover, let it do its work and after a few minutes you can use a plastic scraper to remove the residue. Once again clean the surface and you are back in action! Now you are ready to sport another Glider style!
